Editorial Policy

These are the rules every FindNChoose article follows. They exist so you can trust a verdict even when a link on the page may earn us money.

Independence

  • Vendors cannot pay for a placement, a higher score or a review. Affiliate commissions and ad revenue never decide what we recommend.
  • We include products we do not earn from when they are the better choice for a reader, and we say when a free option is good enough.
  • If a vendor gives us a free account or credits for testing, the article says so.

Accuracy and sources

  • Every price and plan limit comes from the vendor’s official page, with the date we checked it and a link to the source.
  • We only claim hands-on testing when we did the test. Articles explain how we tested, or that they compare published specs and prices. See How We Test.
  • We show renewal prices and contract lengths, not just the lowest headline price.
  • When something is unclear or not published, such as a missing renewal price, we say so.

Structure

Articles lead with the answer: a short verdict, who each option is best for and who should skip it. Details, tables and the method come after. We avoid filler and do not pad articles to hit a word count.

Updates

Each article shows when it was last updated and when prices were last checked. We update prices and plans when vendors change them and review our most important comparisons regularly.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it as soon as we can confirm the correct information. Significant corrections, such as a wrong price that changes a recommendation, are noted in the article. You can report an error on our contact page.

Use of AI

We use AI tools in parts of our workflow. Our AI usage policy explains how, and what we never hand to AI, such as test results and prices.

Advertising

Ads are clearly labeled and kept away from pricing tables, buttons and calculator results so they cannot be mistaken for our recommendations.
